Well idk man you have no idea how much I sucked at mathematics in high school

It was probably the main reason I didn't apply to an Ivy League school right off the bat

I just kind of studied it intensively on my own because I needed it to learn things I was interested in and then it made sense

It's pretty cool to be the only person in the room who knows how to do something especially when money or respect are at stake

Not only are superior skills in math useful in practical and aesthetic senses, they are also useful for humiliating people you don't like

Show was pretty epic last night, Neurosis were pretty noisy but heavy as **** and played some sweet songs, the highlights from them were definitely From the Hill and Through Silver in Blood. Heaven and Hell were just amazing, it's hard to believe Dio is 68, the whole band played really well and had an amazing set list, they opened with Mob Rules, played a lot from Heaven and Hell, Dehumanizer and the new album, did the extra long title track and did Neon Knights for a closer, simply awesome.
