woohoo! only half a day left of school until the weekend.

Only one more class for me! Unfortunatly it isn't until 3:30...and I have to stay in dress code for it :angry:

my school ends at 2:40, i'm home at lunch right now, for another 25 minutes.
my class starts in about 30 minutes, so i give myself 5 minutes to get to school.

On a sidenote, anyone here play DnD and like warcraft? :D

a long time ago in the days of Warcraft 2, i had it and the expansion, i played it so much.
can't say that i know where it is, or that i have Warcraft 3.

and i've never played D&D.

I'm just asking cause I'm trying to find some online players for my DnD game set in the warcraft setting :p Dunno how well it will work out but I'd like to try :thumb:

Heyy guys. I'm on a free period in school now. I just finished all my homework. Two more classes, and I get out for the weekend.

And by "weekend," I mean working tonight until 8, staying in and hanging on MX because all my friends will already be out, going to bed, waking up at 6:30 to go to work, getting out early from work (supposed to be getting out at 2 but he's letting me leave early for the purpose that I'm about to describe) to go to the school and do the newspaper from about 11 am to 12 am or something, or however long it takes to get done. Yay :rolleyes:

I've never been into computer games. The closest I ever game to getting into online gaming was Gunbound, but I only played for about a month before I got bored.

Flying lesson, eh? For a plane, I assume? That's really cool. I was going to go on a flying-lesson type thing with my family, but my sister didn't really want to, so we never did. Still seems like something I'd want to do, though.

^ Ah, that sucks. I hate when stuff like that happens. Something slightly similar happened to be, but I don't want to get into it. I don't like looking/sounding emo, and we all know emo is frowned upon on these forums :lol:.

I always find that I can't write a song for a band starting off with bass (with the exception of jazz). I always have to start with guitar and build off of that. Anyone else experience this?

i can only write the bass first if i have a riff or a nice sequence of arpeggios or something like that, then the guitar just builds naturally

Meh. Music is music. I write what moves me, and if someone decides to slap their own lame label on it, woteva.

I like everything: Linkin Park, Evanescence, Duran Duran, Incubus, Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, Revis, Foo Fighters, No Doubt, Tori Amos, Maroon 5, all that 80's stuff (The Cure, Morissey, Bow Wow Wow, etc), blah blah blah. Heck I even liked Justin Timberlake's stuff, and I think Britney is fun to listen to- not because its Britney, but because its catchy and well-produced. (ANYBODY could sing that stuff and it would be popular, you know?)

Labels suck. :D
