I think I've just grown attatched to all their songs since I got into them and bought all their albums when I was in ultra fanboy mode so nowadays, I still feel the same way. That probably explains why I like Load and Reload so much.

Yeah, after listening to Metallica for the entire 7th grade, I pretty much love every Metallica song. Funny thing is, I rarely rarely ever listen to any Metallica, yet I know everything about every song by heart still.

Same here. My Metallica phase was about 2 years ago but I'm still the biggest fan I know and love every song still yet I listen to Children of Bodom, At The Gates, Arsis, Lamb of God etc. Their performance at Download was incredible, shame I couldn't have been closer but I was over the side barrier so I was happy about that.

I, in being well past my only-Metallica phase, would rank their early albums like this:
1. RTL
2. KEA
3. AJFA
------------------------- Line between Good and mediocre
4. MOP
-------------------------Line between mediocre and meh
5. The Black Album

I love load, great album. Mt fav album tho? gotta be RTL.

KEA is obviously not second. MOP should be wayy higher up.


I learned to intro solo to Fade to Black today. Pretty cool.

What? KEA is not "obviously not second." Maybe to you it's lower, but not for me. Same with MOP. I think it's highly overrated.

But that was my list, so they were ranked in order of my preference.

1. AJFA
2. KEA
3. RTL
4. Black Album

I didn't say his opinion was wrong i said that he was saying to different things at the same time. first on his list it said KEA was at number 2 then he said that he agreed that KEA shouldnt be at number2 i just showed how he got confused

I said "that way" meaning the way I had my list, not the way he said it should be.

I dno, I don't care for these type of discussions, they always end in arguments because people can't respect others opinions. I sometimes say what I like about an album but it's rare that I rank them in any particular order.

I can't rank them but I can say RTL is my favourite.

In RIT there is 2 songs that sucks : "escape" "trapped under ice"

Trapped Under Ice isn't quite as bad, it's still listenable, but I have found that its of a significantly lower quality than all the other songs on the album, which are great.

I never really liked Trapped Under Ice at first but when you play something over and over it grows on you.

I like trapped under ice ....the first time I heard it I never payed much attention to it because there were much better songs on that album .. but i was listening to it a month back and the I realised i like it.

Well I don't really like Trapped Under Ice that much, but Escape is one of my favorite Metallica songs.

I'm not much of a Trapped Under Ice fan either, but I do like Escape. Especially the chorus.
