Do you have to do a manual handling course before lifting?

Nope but there was a page in the training manual. I've been lifting correctly with my legs and such but I've just over done it and hurt my back slightly thats all.

Gyros is the GREEK variation of the TURKISH döner.
So even though it is derived from something turkish, the gyros is still greek.

But enough about that, wikipedia ftw.

Here are the facts, laid out for you:

Dönner is good.
Gyros is good.

Both taste good with garlic sauce.
Gyros also tastes good with tsatsiki sauce.

Well guys, I finally ran out of teabags.

I have a Cannon 20D, really happy with it but it's a bit old. 50D is great but it's expensive.. 400D is in the lower tier I think, but it's still a good machine. I'd buy a Nikon instead of 400D tho. One of the new FX ones.

EDIT: I don't know if it's called that in English, but here in Holland we call it "spiegel reflex", so I just litterally translated it.

The Nikon cameras look pretty good and they have good features.
