well at least in Norway black metal was dangerous... like not the cash cow bands like Dimmu Borgir, but those trve kvlt racist guys who killed homosexuals, burned churches and killed each other because of some alpha male thing... I wouldn't get involved with those d-bags.

yeah, i think he watched the true norwegian black metal documentary and read a handful of articles on wikipedia

he's a really talented musician too, it'd suck to have him not play with us. we're more along the lines of agalloch and wolves in the throne room anyway so it's not like we "align" (lol) ourselves with the 2nd wave norwegians or anything.
