Ah, so you'll be on parental leave?
Tyr 03-22-2008 06:34 AM

I had no uni this week, and already I'm bored and want it to start again.

mfb 03-22-2008 06:38 AM

Dimmu Burger 03-22-2008 06:39 AM
What are you majoring for?
Sweet avatar dude. Where did you find that?

Tyr 03-22-2008 06:43 AM
What are you majoring for?
Physical Geography. Probably will be specialising in Geomorphology or Glaciology.

What do you want to do for a living with that degree?

Tyr 03-22-2008 06:48 AM

I'm aiming towards a Ph.D., but if that fails; SGU (The Geological Survey of Sweden), the government agency responsible for studying the landscape, will be my best bet.

the2stranger 03-22-2008 06:55 AM

Hey guys.
I had a fun evening lastnight, atleast, for the parts that I can remember.

How's everyone?

Tyr 03-22-2008 06:56 AM

Pretty bored, nothing to do, none of my friends are home.

What did you do yesterday?

the2stranger 03-22-2008 06:58 AM

I went to some bars, got bored there.
Went into a snackbar, drank my *** off on cheap beer and had political discussions with a friend. After that I don'trememberall that much anymore.
I vaguely remember going back into some bars and that it was snowing when I went home.

Txus 03-22-2008 07:03 AM

My night was pretty cool too. I saw some movies with a couple of dudes from uni, I showed them some good music  and they liked it. After that, we went to see Jesus Funeral March (processions) which were pretty damn cool even though I'm not a christian, it is impossible to not appreciate the artwork on those things.

the2stranger 03-22-2008 07:11 AM

Nice Mike.
Which movies did you watch?

I'm blasting Nadja at an insane volume now, because no one else is around.
This is the way Nadja should be listened to.

Txus 03-22-2008 07:16 AM

The Killing, a film by Stanley Kubrick, it was pretty damn awesome. One of the few Kubrick films I hadn't watch. And we saw The Blues Brothers just for the lol's.

the2stranger 03-22-2008 07:17 AM

Blues Brothers.

Kubrick stuff is nice.

Txus 03-22-2008 07:19 AM

Yeah, dude. The Shining and Full Metal Jacket are some of the best films EVER.

the2stranger 03-22-2008 07:22 AM

So true.

Pff, I'm going to ake a big bowl of yoghurt with fresh fruit to get rid of my lightheadedness.

Transient 03-22-2008 07:24 AM

The Shining is ace and I have A Clockwork Orange but idk if I'm going to watch it tonight. I'll probably just end up watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind after I've finished with Punch Drunk Love and then cry myself to sleep while listening to Say Anything.

S'going to be a good night.

Txus 03-22-2008 07:30 AM

The Shining is definitely one of my favorite horror films. I liked Eternal Sunshine....the first couple of times, now I can't watch that movie again.

I'm probably going out later tonight to my uncles place to eat dinner or something and maybe watch some football.

Thats pretty cool. A friend of mine has a degree in geography and works for the National Geospacial Intelligence Agency. Its pretty neat stuff. He just got back from Iraq.

the2stranger 03-22-2008 07:44 AM

Holy ****.
Immolation is playing monday, I though I couldn't go.
But I just remember that is 2nd Easter day, so I don't have to work.
:D

That's cool, but I would never want to work for the armed forces again. I've been conscripted once, and that was enough. Damn navy. Cold and windy.

mfb 03-22-2008 07:59 AM
Sweet avatar dude. Where did you find that?
DaveSavesTheDay found it for me. It's Audrina Patridge from The Hills.

Who's yours?
Physical Geography. Probably will be specialising in Geomorphology or Glaciology.
It'd be so cool to say you're a Geomorphologist!

Tyr 03-22-2008 08:08 AM

The downside to that would be that a lot of people have no idea what it means. That could of course be something good, as well.

Transient 03-22-2008 08:12 AM

No offence Dimmu, but the girl in your avatar isn't very attractive :(

muthafunkabass' though.... O_O

mfb 03-22-2008 08:13 AM

^Haha, don't worry your avatar is still the most amazing.

Txus 03-22-2008 08:15 AM

the2stranger 03-22-2008 08:15 AM

Hopefully the new 3030 album will be good.
