GurS 06-21-2006 02:33 PM

Most people can't pronouce my name properly.

Or, coz my surname's Samuel, they assume my name is "Samuel Gur"

BASTARDS!

It especially causes problems when ordering pizza.

"And can I have your name?"

"Gur"

"Goo? Guh? Gueeeh...."

"Oh, fuck it, it's for Fred"

Beautiful, did I spell it right?

:D

Comedian, I know

Patrick O))) 06-21-2006 03:27 PM

Pretty good thanks :)

I arrived at work a bit early today because of the buses, so I ended up doing an 11 hour shift  pretty good though. I can't wait to get paid :D

Also, I'm expecting an angry call from my restaurant boss any minute now. Apparently he really needs people to work tomorrow (40+ booked and 4 staff), and he's already had a shouting match with the head waitress because she can't.

I can't either because of my exam, but I wasn't on the rota, he can't call up the night before and have a go, and he should've sorted it out before. I mean when you've got 30+ booked, you really need more than 4 staff.

I punched myself in the eye this morning :(
