Well, The Wildhearts are a small rock band from the UK, Newcastle to be exact, so it's not surprising you haven't. And Silver Ginger 5 are a side project of The Wildheart's frontman, Ginger, and they're even smallerso that's not surprisng either.
Manowar are pretty big though, so you have no excuses there.

Morbid Angel
Cryptopsy
Dying Fetus
Cannibal Corpse
Vader
Or some nu-metal or metalcore band they think is death metal.

Kazaa...either mislabeled or not, but covers of Maiden that I liked, and d/led another song or two.

I generally see Cannibal Corpse and Morbid Angel.
