Eh. Having three mods that come in every now and then is pretty the much the same thing as having one full time mod. If one of us retired then I could see the need but right now I don't think it's necessary. Of course I haven't been here for two weeks or so, but it looks like it's been running somewhat smoothly.

If there are loads of good threads, then really it doesn't matter.

A stickied thread saying "Omg ranvid danny wun PPTM!" isn't really essential for a functioning forum.

Until spam threads (Which I can't recall more than one or two of within the past week) get so bad that being in the forum is difficult, there really is no need for a fulltime mod.

The forum is fine the way it is, modwise, and having a fulltime mod will generally not make this forum better, methinks.

Saying that, I have no objections to a new mod. I'm just saying it's not essential.

I'm constantly going into site adn pounk to ask mods to sticky and close threads for the competition, and it barely gets done after a few days or so.

In the end we don't have a mod on every day, not even every week and it's not good enough...

Meh, I dunno. I was actually posting to let people know that my computer is messed up and so I haven't had internet for a while, not to mention I'm going out of town next week, and I'm starting college in September so I don't even know what my schedule's going to be like then. Just a heads-up.

Do I think pop-punk needs a mod? Eh, not really. Would it be a bad thing? Of course not, but I don't think it's necessary. In any case, if someone does get modded, it should be Kif, no contest.

The things people are asking for a new mod for (unstickying threads, cleaning up posts) doesn't take all the long to do. After an hour the new mod wont have anything to do.

If a thread is important enough to be stickied...then it doesn't need to be stickied, really. A thread that should be stickied should have enough interest that it should stay on the first page just by people posting in it.

I say the threads we have stickied as of now are good enough, nothing else I can see needs stickying.

And if a thread is bad enough for the forum that it should be closed, then people will let it die. If it gets a lot of activity, then that's great. Activity is nice, might as well leave it open.

I agree completely, except we could do with mods for if spammers ever come, like some guys last month.
A new mod isn't really essential though, but it wouldn't hurt us to make Kif a mod.

Would the forum be worse? No.

Yeah I know, but that implied he doesn't want a new mod, and I don't know why, because what I'm saying is we don't need all the mods we have now, and just a new mod that'll be on most of the time.
