how long did it take you to lose that much weight?

12 months or so to get down to 85kg odd, then a stupidly slow amount of time to get down to 80kg. I was my heaviest about September 2010 when I was 108kg, and cut down to 80kg for February.

trying to lose weight is the most genuinely depressing and soul searching experience
