I'll rep you for reaching 5K, although I don't really believe in Rep Points.

Bleh, it says I have to spread more before I give it to you again. Lame.

I hate the rep system.

bottlerocket 12-04-2004 04:59 PM

Yeah. New Nickelodean is just shameful. Kids now a days are getting gipped. They'll never know the glory of Ren and Stimpy, Angry Beavers, OLD Rugrats (the episodes that didn't suck ***), etc.

:thumb:

-Gav

cliffburtonrules 12-04-2004 05:00 PM

Old Rugrats are still on SOMETIMES.
Invader Zim was on for like a year and it was pretty good but then they cancelled it.

cliffburtonrules 12-04-2004 05:02 PM

Remember the original Double-Dare?
Or Legends of the Hidden Temple?
Old Nickelodeon wasn't as animated shows, they had more live shows with pie and slime and gak and stuff.
You could rep me!!!!
:thumb:
I don't believe in rep points, really. It's dumb to think that an arbitrary system of "reputation" can correctly measure your involvement and value as an MXer. First off, every MXer has the same value, others are just more involved or have simply been around longer.

This is why I use Gav Points (established before the Rep Point system). If someone makes me laugh really hard, says something very wise/intelligent, or just impresses me in any way, I give them a GP. I'm usually very strict with them, but lately I've become lax. I'm trying to cut back (I don't want inflation, ).

^^^^^^^fighht the power!!!!!

Down with rep points. Basskid once gave a Gav point for you before he left.

What Would You Do?

Those shows are all still on TV. If you have Comcast or some type of digital cable, there's a specific channel that has it. It's called Nick GAS (Games and Sports). For me, it's channel 224.

Mark Summers, the host of Double Dare and What Would You Do, two of the messiest shows ever, had OCD. Do you know how bad that sucks for him?

I live on Nick GAS, IFC, Comedy Central, Disney, and occasionally Nickelodean, but not really.

Heh, Basskiid made himself my MX biotch. Do you remember what the circumstances? Dunc tried to give someone a GP before, but he called it a Dunc Point. Lame.

We bitched him out. GP's are MINE and MINE ALONE.

I really don't care, but a bunch of MXers freaked on Dunc like "THOSE ARE GAV'S YOU POSEUR!"

Duncster 12-04-2004 05:11 PM

That was fucking retarded. I jokingly said "I give you 6 GAV points" then evryone freaked on me. Seems I'm the only one not allowed to have a sense of homour around here :rolleyesorsomething:
But as I told someone awhile ago that if they everybrought it back up I would remove all of their gav points...
I0Play0Bass has just had all of his gav points emoved. Have a nice day

i preferred Goldeneye over Perfect Dark.
the only advantage Perfect Dark had was the co-op thing or when you could have people be the good guy and the enemy.

dude i have the sound track

twopelu 12-04-2004 07:11 PM

It was an awful film. All the ideas in the film are taken from another films, its quite annoying. The worst thin about it was the way Nicholas Cage playing the role of the historicist/archeologist decyphers every crypth/phrase/clue in second...seconds!

amazing...you know, you arent bored while seeing it but it a big whole nonsense. And, of course, those yankee references suck. I dont like anything related to patriotism, specially in films.
