Bartender 12-06-2004 07:31 PM
very true, but would you transfer your entire collection, even the ones you dont normally listen to?
I have a 60GB one (though I bought mine fair and square :(), and that's exactly what I use it for.

Well_Respected_Man 12-06-2004 07:37 PM

I reckon I could steal one of them I-Pod things.

RIPJoeStrummer 12-06-2004 07:51 PM

Do it.

Luxor 12-06-2004 08:40 PM

Someone mentioned "Saw"... I thought that was a really good movie. I went to see it at the drive-in. I thought it was just another hack-em-up movie before I went to see it, I was surprised when I found out it actually had a story line/plot.

Reaganista 12-06-2004 09:29 PM

It had the stupidest ending of any movie I've ever seen. At least any movie that took itself seriously.

Luxor 12-06-2004 09:41 PM

Haha, I loved it. So many people say it was lame and the acting was bad...

That's when I PUNCH them!
Tagalog
My filipino friends get mad at me when I call it Tag-a-log.

I think it sounds better that way.
Haha, I loved it. So many people say it was lame and the acting was bad...

The acting was not very good. But the rest of the movie was good enough to make up for it for me until the ending. Even if the movie had been great an ending that bad would've crippled it.

Little Man being Erased 12-07-2004 12:29 AM

Yeah, the ending was a little stupid, but I still think it was a pretty darn good film. I'm looking forward to see what those guys come up with for their second effort.

Scott Herren 12-07-2004 12:36 AM

I just watched Storytelling. Oh, the potential in that movie. Too bad the ending was too abrupt, and the movie didn't have direction.

twistinside 12-07-2004 12:46 AM

i think i'm too scared to see saw :(
i really want to see napoleon dynamite though, it looks so good.

Little Man being Erased 12-07-2004 01:01 AM

I didn't really find Saw all that scary. It was more gruesome than anything.

Zmev 12-07-2004 01:02 AM
I reckon I could steal one of them I-Pod things.
And your plan is?
I didn't really find Saw all that scary. It was more gruesome than anything.
on an unrelated note, new avatar :D chan = hawt.

Zmev 12-07-2004 01:44 AM

Heh, it seems I might be sneaking guitar, bass, sax (another mxer) into my drama class wednesday, fun.

Tapeworm 12-07-2004 07:39 AM

I just hired out Garfield for free. I don't really wanna see it...

Anyone wanna tell me that it's good so i'm motivated?

Tomahawk 12-07-2004 07:50 AM

It looks godawful.

Sorry.

Tapeworm 12-07-2004 07:57 AM

RIPJoeStrummer 12-07-2004 09:59 AM

Does anyone actually like Garfield?

Zmev 12-07-2004 10:00 AM
I just watched Storytelling. Oh, the potential in that movie. Too bad the ending was too abrupt, and the movie didn't have direction.
Very interesting movie and I completely agree with you. It has the potential to be fantastic but a few little things brought it down from absolute greatness. It's been about a year since I've seen it, though...

Wanker 12-07-2004 10:05 AM

I actually have about 5 of the little cartoon books, but then I got Calvin and Hobbes and Dilbert and never looked back.

RIPJoeStrummer 12-07-2004 01:47 PM

Calvin and Hobbes is undoubtedly the best.

Iai 12-07-2004 01:49 PM

Dilbert for me. Beautiful stuff.
