How is Atheism right? You're all offline now, which is shame, as I have little else to do.

Kingofdudes 10-28-2004 05:49 AM

Thing is we dont know if it is right or wrong until we die, it is just what I believe.

gmoneyguy 10-28-2004 08:31 AM

If you're talking about atheism, then where does religion come in? Religion and god are two separate things. It's possible to believe in a deity of some form, but not the belief structure of an organised religion.

Yeah, I know them. I liked the song Karma from the album previous to the one they just released (not sure if the current album is their second or what), but not much else. A friend of mine went crazy over them when the new album came out, but I listened to his copy and it didn't do anything for me.

That is what we mean when we call some one agnostic.

Bartender 10-28-2004 09:56 AM

No, an agnostic is someone who thinks that it isn't possible to know whether there is a god or not.

gmoneyguy 10-28-2004 09:57 AM

Agnostic, Is a belief in a higher being without a defined religion.

Bartender 10-28-2004 10:02 AM

No, that's just a theist, or a pantheist or whatever, depending on what kind of higher being they believe in. An agnostic is someone who believes it is impossible to know whether there is a god/higher being/power there. Check the dictionary.

I believe Athiesm can be a religion too...everyone who says it isn't ought to check out a dictionary sometime

Riva 10-28-2004 09:04 PM

Ask your brother what "Wog" means.

Aight.

Well it depends on your definition of religion.

Permanent Solution 10-28-2004 09:07 PM
Well it depends on your definition of religion.
An organized system of beliefs. I believe that there is no god, therefore I have a system of beliefs that most proper Athiests share.

Riva 10-28-2004 09:09 PM

Shouldn't you be the Satan of the Intranet Church, KingOfDudes?
