My Soulseek name's nick_mannik, but even though I use it regularly, I have no idea how to find other users. If you could give me some tips that'd be great.

In the top right box for users, right click and select add user. From there, type in the name of the person.

Or you could join the Punk Slsk room (allthehubub), or the Pop Punk Slsk room (mx pop-punk). Get in those by right clicking the bottom right window with the names of different rooms, click create room, then type in one of those names. To browse a person's files, right click their name in the room list or your user list and click browse files.

Hahahaha, um the first Cattle Decapitation 7" sounds a lot like the Locust but that was when they were a Locust side project. They might still be selling copies on their site. It's called Ten Torments of the Damned.

Holy Molar uses some synth if I remember correctly. F'uck...I'm Dead and Agoraphobic Nosebleed have insanely fast synthesized drums. Also check out Tarantula Hawk. It's not grind but it has members of The Locust and they're based around synth.

Holy molar are friggin' sweet. I listened to them quite a few time sbefore and oculdn't get into it, but now I love it.

Gimme more like this and like the Locust. Even stuff like An Albatross and The Blood Brothers. This looks like the only thread I'd be able to get decent answers in, let me know if i should be asking about this kind of stuff somewhere else.

I got a Locust 7" (the one with the picture of the black monster on it?) and enjoyed it a good, deal, but there's no record player at college to listen to it unfortunately...

However, I found out Pig Destroyer is coming to my state for the first time in a long time, to do a show with my favorite local band, but it's the same day as my band's first show. NO WHY?!!! ajskldf GAH.
