i was actually asking oopy in particular since his location isn't listed. i know where the location info is. but i guess anywhere is better than tennessee.

I wish my area had a hardcore scene. We only get one or two good hardcore shows a month, if we're lucky. And even at that, it's mostly just local bands.

Some of you guys seem to have great shows a couple times a week.

Showplace Theatre and Sphere are two places in Buffalo who have shows.

Sphere (Town Ballroom now) doesn't get much in the way of hardcore anymore. They've been getting a lot of pop-punk shows, and older rock bands. I was supposed to see Madball there last Saturday, but they had to drop off the show.

The Showplace gets some decent shows once in a while, but they haven't had much recently. I was supposed to see Dillinger Escape Plan their a few days ago, but it cancelled.

Note: I've only been going to hardcore shows for a couple months, and in that time, we have gotten very few shows. I'm hoping that will change, but I'll have to wait and see. The only hardcore shows I've seen here have all been at a place called The Icon.

I'd love to see Go It Alone.

Yeah, we've gotten a few decent shows. Terror played here last month, which was awesome. Hardcore shows just don't happen very frequently around here.

Dead Hearts play here a lot, since they're from here. They bring some good bands with them too. The first time I saw them, Marathon played with them, and the second time Crime In Stereo was with them.
