i agree with Jimbo on the whole drinking ordeal...I have yet to see a reason for me to drink alcohol.

People come up with some hilarious things for why they do anything. Just like anything a really HUGE part of these things come from trying to look mature in a way, which to me is stupid. Sitting there with a beer in their hands makes them feel "old and mature and fitting in" That’s one of the very biggest reasons that starts em off, then of course weak willpower and the addictive nature that people have keep em on it.

^ It is really a pointless habit. It gives nothing to you body, just takes away things. One of the easier ways to mess your life up. I can understand the occational drink, but for they people who go and get tanked every weekend it is just stupid.

So I bought a new TooL shirt in celibration of the new album. Put it on right there in the mall. The woman thought it was funny.. then I bitched at the verizion kiosk guy about why a cable needs to be $50. I didnt' buy it. Come on, a cable... for $50!

I have exams starting tomorrow - I hate that. Stupid maths.

I've decided to reset my sleeping habits by staying up all night, then going to bed early tomorrow (I might even try to go to bed at 8 if I'm lucky)

That way I'll be well rested, and wake up early, etc.

Has anyone heard of the band Andromeda?

They're a progressive metal-ish band, from Sweden. They remind me a little of Symphony X, just not as technical.
Their drummer is pretty damn good too.

new beats are alright, they sound like the average hi-hat, no real flavour to them. they lack any attitude or personality imo. there made for all different types of music, so that in such a way there not amazing for any specific genre..

Havn't played the Paragons, but keep in mind, I have a very unique taste.

A lot of cymbals have a "Bland" sound to me.

I really don't like paragons. Something about them seem empty.

And i'm trying to remember the sound that cymbals make.

So last night i was up until 3:00 playing Guitar Hero. Then when i came home i had so much music stuck in my head that it had to have taken me an hour to fall asleep. That and my loud as **** and bright as **** computer was on downloading tony hawk and grateful dead. The fans have blue LEDs so my whole room glows.

Good stuff.
