I was discussing them, but I wasn't saying nice things I don't think. I have heard them so I could discuss the sound and stuff. I can link you to some sound samlpes (assuming they still work) if you want? |

No Use For A Name - Life Size Mirror
She was done before the start, always mending broken hearts Making others miserable not knowing who she's hurting Father said, "This day will be, one for everyone to see" Is it true you'll follow suit and have you learned a thing? It's just a selfish way to go, it's safe to say she'll never know For every person there's a whole life story waiting to be told When she is happy it's OK, but then these people start to fade Then we'll just watch her self-destruct as she gets old She put up defensive shields, to walk through all of life's minefields All defined by make-up and a car behind she's hiding "Father do you have to go, left me questions I dont know" Any answers or even close the life time lie was true She's gonna move on with her life, and take it one heart at a time And watch the little girl inside her wait behind as she goes on But with this black heart she decides, who she'll take in and shove aside Until the day she sees that everyone is gone Getting used to people leaving, thinking true love is deceiving Soon she'll know how lonely it can be Now was it really worth the pain? A couple pills make her feel sane While she lives out the story written for the part she is to play With so much shame for her to hide, there's no more dignity, no pride Then there will only be dark in her light of day And she will only see a reflection, of her father's rejection Nothing will change until she breaks this life, this life-size mirror Hey guys. |
So, I just finished listening to Mordecai. It has an amazing outro, the rest is good but it was the outro that stood out for me. So yeah, the band is great, I think they're a little over hyped though.. In my opinion anyways.

This is fucking sick. I'm not too surprised, but it's just horrifying to read some of that, especially in these kind of situations. |

God, just imagine everyone around the world is reading this. America seems utterly defenceless at the moment, and their government is looking incredibly shoddy and bad as well. I heard that the levy that broke, which caused the water to flood into New Orleans, is going to give completely soon, which will pretty much sink the entire city. I know it must be hard to try and control this kind of panic and disorder. Criminals from prisons in a 200 mile radius have been released, that stadium has over 20,000 inside I think, and people are being executed for looting. But still, it seems that the American government could do more than they are. They've pretty much closed off New Orleans, and that's causing a lot of disruption I think. I'd hate to be there right now, it must be so scary and seedy. |
They're repairing the levy.
|
Right now I feel lucky im from where I am.

And if by closing off you mean not letting anyone back in, then yes, but that's good not bad. |

dude, you're up in NJ, what do you know? |
What's worse is that they've known that this could happen for at least 15 years.
And if by closing off you mean not letting anyone back in, then yes, but that's good not bad.
Yeah, we've known for a long time that one major hurricane would be enough to take out the whole city of New Orleans, and now it has happened. I really don't think they should attempt to rebuild. I mean, obviously these people love it there and all, but this could happen again in the near future. It just doesn't seem worth it to rebuild just so this can happen again. |

No, we have more than enough stuff, it's just our politicians didn't seem to want to change our procedures and plans to where they would actually work, and now they're all saying that they're not the ones to blame, when they are, and they all suck. and I was jk Chris. |
