No, I've just been busy working and the whole don't use the computer at home thing is still in effect. I won't be able to post nearly as often but I still try to say hi to everyone here in MX.

I've also be chattin' up some sexy females in MySpace.


I'm so stoked as we finally got fade to black down pat in my Garage Band class.

I wonder who's going to play that last solo as I cannot?

My next challege is to get sanitarium and orion down before the 22nd. Apparently we're going to be on the local news, so I'll be gettin' some much needed promotion. Yay!!!

I just got a awsome drummer! (a week or tow ago) so we are getting
some shows and stuff together. We have this High school battle
of the bands coming up there are gonna be lie 3000 people there.
Most people that know me don't know that I play guitar...so They get
a treat! At school yesterday I had to read a paper that I wrote. I had
to read it out loud. and I amlost bombed it. The funny thing is I can
play guitar/drums/bass/sing for lots of people (cause I have confidence in my playing)
but other things I get freaked out over. Does this happen to any of you?.

BTW the paper got a A

I can play guitar, bass and drums in front of anybody. I can sing really well too but not in front of anybody cause, well idk, i just can't.

I can play guitar and bass in front of everyone. I'm a terrible drummer and I just don't think my voice is good enough. It's cool if i really project it but i don't do it

I can't sing very well as far as being talanted and all. But I can hold the notes
I have confidence with guitar/ everything else. but it wa weird with that paper.

yeah, i'm good if i project but i never do lol. and i can sing like james hetfield for about 30 seconds and then my throat hurts. lol

yessssss!! i got a better mic and now i can record my drums onto my computer to where it actually sounds good!! i have a clip of me playing with just the bass drum, 1st tom, floor tom, and snare....all the rest of my stuff was torn down from carrying it to a party and back. if you want me to send you the clip instant message me...my sn is on my mx page just click the avatar.

and about fuel...its not about doing drugs but rather how crazy and manipulative people can get by taking drugs, using the analogy of driving a car dangerously too fast.

i was beeing sarcastic, MOP's main theme was the selfdestruction caused by heroin.(which makes it an anti-drug song)

but the song uses analogies as:

"Give me Fuel, Give me Fire, Give me that which i desire." and "Quench my thirst with gasoline"

I think that's a little suggestive, but it isn't as explicit as the 85% of mainstream music.[including hip-hop(not the good one)]

Yeah, all the time. I can play guitar real well when I'm alone, but in front of ppl I mess up all the time and it gets old real fast.

I try to compensate for this by way of humor. When we're playing stuff like AC/DC, I act just like Angus Young. I do the whole throw myself on the floor and do doughnuts thing and get everyone bustin' up which settles my nerves.

Then I can do the whole sit there and riff crazy metal thing without f**king up.

I dont go the angus young way (he annoys me)

but I see what you are saying...Just let it all hang out!

Haha. Yay for messing up. I messed up in every song. I wasn't nervous at all, I just blanked occasionally and lost it.

Ah, I usually mess up. Nobody has ever noticed. Yay bass!
