thats because hipsters like them because they can handle it instead of raw black metal or good black metal

'hipster' bm is the best black metal. trust me i can handle "raw and good" black metal, but it's 'hipster' stuff that's actually pushing the limits instead of just playing the same shit that's been played since 1993. and i too hate the term 'hipster black metal' but only use it bc people know exactly which bands you're talking about when you say it.
