Well tbh I'm not sad to see rjoerger banned. I really don't like him. His posts are more often than not useless and annoying to me.

I got a story, if you boys wanna gather round and hear it.
Sure, I like a good story..

Me! 06-24-2006 09:12 PM

Sadly, it doesn't discourage most from posting like the morons they are (with exceptions, I know those giga guys were just having fun, they aren't morons, but definitely deserved the bans)

They usually make alternate accounts and continue the moronic activities. AND they bitch about being banned.

Miek 06-24-2006 09:12 PM

I'm up for a story.
BTW, I'm thinking of sending my Agile back and starting to A: get a cab B: get a whammy pedal C: start on my Warmoth

I spammed and got a week ban, it was totally called for.
I understand I did completely, I even honored the ban and didn't make a secondary account.

I_go_by_mikee 06-24-2006 09:14 PM

what agile did you get?

i don't remember seeing a fred and i only skimmed thru this thread to see if anymore mods posted more rules.

doublepost0rz 06-24-2006 09:14 PM

Warmoth would be cool about now.

Miek 06-24-2006 09:14 PM

Well, it isn't here yet, but an Agile TC-630 in cream.
If it actually has a maple f-board and a black pickguard, I'll keep it.

SirSpamalot 06-24-2006 09:16 PM

hey me! congrats on 4000 posts

but hurry up on that story ima go to bed soon

Me! 06-24-2006 09:17 PM

Well, my brother is a freshman in college this year. The way he could afford University of Texas at Dallas is because of a scholarship he got from scoring well on the ACT. This was the only way he'd have been able to go. Naturally, he blows everything off and basically loses his scholarship and from what I can tell, he doesn't take anything seriously. I find it depressing that he'd blow off something so important.

I'm planning on going to some college to do psychology or audio engineering and also get some music theory courses in. Later I might go to UNT to do jazz stuff. I'm 17, and because I usually stay up late at night and stuff like my brother does, my mom thinks that I might turn out doing the same thing he did, and she wants to actually give me a sort of bedtime during the summer. I find this humorous.

oshi lawl 4005. I like how people who have been here a few months have more posts than me, I've been here almost three years.

I_go_by_mikee 06-24-2006 09:18 PM

looks like a pretty sweet deal man.

GOD DAMN IT.

agile released a 7 string left handed.

vs a carvin x100b head.

wtf. haha.

Miek 06-24-2006 09:18 PM

Seriously, sometimes parents can be so ignorant.

Abu-Abu 06-24-2006 09:21 PM

lol Me!, look at me, I got 3k posts ON my 3 year anniversery.

And I agree parents are ignorant, when I used to play WoW, she got all weird about it, and no matter what I was doing on the computer, if it was a game, she said "get off WoW and do *insert random chore here*" or "do *insert random chore here* before you get on WoW" and that was when I started playing like once or twice a week when I was about to sell it...

Me! 06-24-2006 09:22 PM

Hah, well I give my mom credit. She puts up with a lot of crap from us, mostly my siblings though. My brother pretty much hates being anywhere near us and my younger sister is well... a teenage girl.

Ah, don't bitch about chores..

I_go_by_mikee 06-24-2006 09:22 PM
GET THE X-100B.

.
haha yer true.

but i think the 7 string would be easier to talk my dad into letting me buy.

he'll be like oh you already have an amp.

but for hte 7 he'd be like oh well you dont have a 7. i guess thats cool.

i wish the 7 string had the trem though, its string thru.

doublepost0rz 06-24-2006 09:24 PM

So you're not 100% sure you'd even like it.

The X-100B's clean tone will make your dad cry and he will beg you to let him buy it for you.

Miek 06-24-2006 09:26 PM

"Please?"
"Sure"

I_go_by_mikee 06-24-2006 09:27 PM

haha, well. i have a buyer for the rp 80. i think i wanna sell my mxr eq, and then im getting 50 bucks to get a shirt for the concert this wens. that im going to. [ dave matthews band] but i probably wont get a shirt.

that would bring me around 117 bucks. im going to start trying to talk him down to 200, and then rise up, to around 250. unless he takes it for 200, then i'd be glad haha.

and then i wanna go to the local like trade thing, to sell my old video games to, + my old ps2. and i'd def have enough.

and yeri like the clean tone clips that i heard, and i have no clean channel right now. so yer.

I writing a job application at the moment.
Getting my resume up tp date and struggeling for words around my responses to the jobs selection criteria.

The position is mine already, I'm currently in it. I've just got to actually apply for it in order to make the position legit.

It's just a little odd looking at the selection documentation, seeing the logo on the page letterhead and knowing that it was me who made that logo.
And also knowing that the people who positioned the logo in the letterhead made it too big.

I_go_by_mikee 06-24-2006 09:30 PM

what you applying for AES?

i'm hopefully when i get back from florida, getting a job with my brothers like girlfriend like figure typing up things for a doctors office.

140+ WPM with no errors. 185 was my top speed.
what you applying for AES?
It's in a communications area.
Looking after the content on and the design of many various Internet sites.
I also do some graphic work for printed publications.
It's really good fun work. The money is handy as well.

Me! 06-24-2006 09:36 PM

Yeah. It seems silly that he's proving he's qualified for his own job.

Wow I was wrong about what AES did. Although I vaguely remember someone asking him about it and he's like ummm no not even close.

Should have gone with my first instinct.

I_go_by_mikee 06-24-2006 09:38 PM

cool. i could only imagine what the pays like. and hey, if its something you enjoy doing, why not.

good luck with it man, although you know you already have it.
