I caught bits and pieces

Rohan Davey sure has fallen out of favor, hasn't he? Man...also, I was thinking about Matt Cassell. Let me break it down: Buzzworthy recruit out of prep school in California...goes to a major, prestigious football program....never takes control of the team and spends a lot of time watching a more hyped quarterback...until the Patriots gamble and use a late round draft pick.

Sound like anyone we know? :)
Hmm...lemme think. ;)

Ellis Hobbs impressed me with his speed alone. Now we have Bethel Johnson AND him!
My previous relationships only lasted 3 months. The last month was always me ignoring them.
"Number One" thought she loved me, and I said it was bull. I broke up with her right there, the feeling was not mutual.
My second one was named Jill, and she wouldn't let me kiss her. Our last date, we went to see Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I broke up with her right when her parents were going through a divorce. I recently met her new boyfriend and I asked him if she was still boring. She got mad at me for that.
I didn't care, she went "wiccan" after I broke up with her. She's tried to make me feel jealous by sending me pics of her and her new boyfriend, but I have it better. I have no hard feelings against my ex's.
I have a bunch of exes...I only have a hard feelings towards three of them.

Two of them cheated on me, the other one was just a bitch.

The answer to your other question has been edited into my last post. :)
I sadly admit that I had only gone out with number one and Jill because they asked me out first and I had been single for 13 years and it felt good to be taken for once.
I've matured since then, though. I've learned from women how to act around women, and it's a fairly nice thing.
My mum wants me to be the ultimate Southern Gentleman, and I think it's beginning to finally happen. I'm nice as Hell to her, but when you're angry, you ned to let it go rather than build it all up and end up exploding.

Edit: I see you found it already. Wow, I'm a slow typer. :upset:

I think Patrick Pass played a good game, as I got to see him run the ball more. You don't see that often (at least I don't, I live in MS now).

Bears fans hold an indifference towards the Patriots but I can usually draw ire by saying one of two things:
1) "Bill Belichick is better than Mike Ditka"
2) "Tedy Bruschi is the best linebacker in the NFL who wears number 54"

I wanted to go to the Guitar Center tomorrow for a replacement jack-plate, but dad's got work, so I can't drive up to North Charleston.
Hopefully, I can get one from a junker at Pecknel's. Might stop by to play that '72 Jazz Bass reissue they've got as well.

I just got back from "The 40 Year Old Virgin". It was very funny, and entertaining the whole way through. You should all see it.

I'm probably going to see either that, or Wedding Crashers (yes, i still haven't seen it) tomorrow.
Does Will Farrell make his trademark cameo in 40 year old virgin??
No there weren't as many cameos in this one (although a few).

I guess Steve Carrell isn't yet part of the "frat pack":

Will Ferrell
Owen Wilson
Luke Wilson
Ben Stiller
Vince Vaughan
and anyone else who appears in all their movies.

I think you pretty much summed it up.

I need a FREE comprehensive ripper, which can transforms wav into mp3 and doesnt waste many resources (=doesnt slow down the PC). The one I use (audiograbber) is pretty decent but ancient (back from 2000 or so)

So, random thoughts for you all.

Firstly, I had a good day at work. It is now 9.13pm, and I am spending a night in, since my girl is at work right now. I am picking here up at 11.30pm to drive her home.

And secondly, those bloody Wallabies are losing to the Springboks. Dammit! We really need to pull together if we're to match up to the All Blacks (who quite frankly are the best in the world right now).

Now, who wants to hear a joke I made up?

Madey met Alex at a flashy nightclub in London. Smart, charming, the archetypical tall, dark and handsome stranger, he was definitely a catch. He also seemed to be more interested in conversation then sex, which meant that the time they spent with each other was all the more pleasant. Their first outing together was to a restaurant grand opening. When they arrived, the lineup was huge. However, Alex assured Madey that he knew the Matre Di quite well. And he was correct, they were soon seated.

After a magical dinner, Alex took Madey to the hottest nightclub in town. Again, despite the huge lineup, Alex simply walked Madey to the front of the queue, nodded to one of the bouncers and led her inside, remarking, "It's OK, I know him". He also managed to procure free drinks for the rest of the night, simply stating that he was mates with the bartender.

The next morning he picked her up from her place, in a very flashy sportscar. He smiled, his eyes hidden behind dark-tinted sunglasses, and said, "Hold on tight!". Speeding through the streets of London, Madey felt a huge rush. That is, until the police car inevitably swung in behind.

Alex grimaced slightly, but when he caught sight of the officer walking up to his window, he relaxed. 'It's all good", he said to Madey, "I know this bloke."

Sure enough, the copper spoke to Alex briefly in a hushed voice, before waving the two of them off. As Alex drove more sedately through the city, Madey sat in bewilderment. Finally, she asked, "How is it you know so many people in this city?"

Alex smiled a mysterious smile, and said, "I'm a gay escort." Madey laughed suddenly, and said, "That's alright, I'm a man."
