new [B]God is an Astronaut[/B] is such a lame one. quite borring, a dissaster. Age of the Fifth Sun was the only song that cought my attention. new [B]At The Soundawn[/B] is very good. [B]G.OD - Left For Dead[/B] is interesting post rock/metal , nothing new, but it is a refreshment of the scene. new [B]Year Of No Light[/B] is excellent, love it. [B]Your Ten Mofo[/B] are new to me, australian post rock, good one. [B]Shapes Stars Make -These Mountains Are Safe[/B] is also worth trying

The only GIAA I really like is Far From Refuge.

Post rock is different than Prog, but there are prog elements in post rock..sometimes

Post-metal is still one of my favorites but it is kinda over-saturated these days. Still love Neurosis and Isis.

I will always love Neurosis and Isis. Hell, Neurosis are my favorite band right after motW, they are just perfect.

Yeah Neurosis is definitely high up there for me as well. I think I'd choose Boris as my fave.

Oh, and I think Tombs is probably one of the greatest newer post-metal bands.

Neurosis are one of my favourite bands ever, they are just perfect. i would recomend to you guys [B]The Pax Cecilia[/B], amazing band, i cannot define the music they create, but it contains elements of post metal, screamo, post rock, prog rock.. Blessed Are The Bonds is just insanely good album, love it.
