it's [I]too[/I] good. I can't believe it was Joe's last album ever. It's sad...It's so great that for a while I was listening to Streetcore everyday and it was pretty much the only music I could stand...but the sad thing is that I got sick of it after 2 or 3 weeks. Global is a great cd too

Silver and Gold is the perfect ending to Joes live, and a good ending to the album.

London Calling is a perfect beginning but. the song gets old after a while.

I've said this before.

Janie Jones was the first Clash song I pretty much heard (besides the hits) and it made me like them. Then I went out and bought the album.

Anyone ever listen to This is Rockabilly Clash? I'm listening to the cover of Guns of Brixton and it is pretty good.

That's a pretty good album.

I read some review thing of GEER and the person said that the order of the songs on the album was perfect.

So i was thinking about the Warped tour this year and i wonder how people got the idea of punk so misconstrued into thinking that that corprate sponored pop festival is punk. it really makes me wonder ,where have you gone joe strummer?

My band is going to cover the Guns of Brixton. Yessssss.

Anyone ever heard of Bendoin Soundclash? i saw them at the warped tour, they were a reggae band, then halfway during the set there singers started talking about Joe and how much he was inspired by him, then they played a cover of guns of brixton.

A while back I was going to suggest that we do something like the pop punk forum or the ac/dc thread in R&M and pick a clash song to cover. And then we figure who does bass and guitar and such, then we record it and upload it on YSI and someone puts them all together to make it complete.

But then I realized that those have [I]never[/I] turned out good, and ours would probably be horrible
