it's worth it. it's not often you find a female led screamo band that doesn't suck

Iluvatar 12-05-2009 11:07 AM

that chicks screams rule i wish her singing voice wasnt so broken though

chrisbarnesfacialbongscar 12-05-2009 11:26 AM

agreed

exredhouseresident 12-05-2009 04:07 PM

I love her singing voice. ONly thing that bugs me is when she harmonizes with the guitars and so on, it ends up sounding a bit forced and generic. Doesn't bother me that much though, I love every song on the album.

And does anyone have anything by Fieldtree? I take the fact that I had to personally add the only EP of theirs on this site to the albums section as an answer, but I'm on a journey to find the rest of their music...somehow...some way.
woah, so Adorno is going to be on the Connections II split.
holy ****, epic

adorno's vocals are what make or break them i see it, they definitely put me off to them at first, but when i payed attention to the music i was like, ooh

and then i saw they were portugese and i was like, oh so this is the portugese take on these vocals and it made sense

i mean, "a letter to my delf" lol

FigNewtns 12-05-2009 10:22 PM

i kinda like the vocalist tbh, though it'd be pretty dope if he just sang in Portuguese. can't understand him anyway.

chrisbarnesfacialbongscar 12-05-2009 10:59 PM

i agree, i like his voice a lot because hes very unique, which adds to honesty, which is always a plus in skramz imo

Iluvatar 12-05-2009 11:00 PM

uniqueness in skramz preposterous

chrisbarnesfacialbongscar 12-05-2009 11:03 PM

http://www.mediafire.com/?gzicjmanndy - 'Prozac Hell' by 'The Hope and the Failure'

the release it's from is a pretty epic and under-appreciated gem.

So what are some of Funeral Diner's best releases, I have The Underdark for a long time and love it but have been lazy in acquiring some of their other releases.
