finished it. twas okay for a first listen. to washy for my tastes... too melodic and not extreme enough? i mean if they're trying to pull off a darker, eerie sorta romantic feel they did ok with it. could have gone further.

and yeah lln was cool outside of the "this album was recorded in a rat's anus" bands - seviss, black murder and vlad tepes are in my top I'd say. The best piece any of them recorded would either be Et pleure le batard or the VT/Belketre split (cliche i know).

I've seen a few posts dissing LLN in general. I'm just curious why people don't seem to like them so much. (Well, I guess they are kind of off, or off key, a lot or something, lol.) I really like Mutiilation, and Aakon Keetreh, also Vlad Tepes, though. I don't really know as much about the other bands. I mean, the subject matter of a lot of Black Metal isn't incredibly inspiring to me, I guess, but the sound, oh the sound.
