can't you just improvise and cover it in tin foil? i used to do stuff like that all the time.

Or maybe you could paint it chrome? Or get the black one 'cuz it doesn't matter what it looks like on the outside but what it does that matters. Not trying to be a prick, just trying to be honest.

anyway. you're right it's the insode that matters...and sense they are
all the same why not get the better looking one. If they cost the same...

Well here, If you can afford it or manage to get your brother to help you out, go for it, but as of late I don't even use effects outside of massive distortion. Just don't see the need to.

I've been using the wah alot as of lately. mine has almost no sweep though
so as a result I end up borrowing my buddy's

speaking of witch I now a guy who chrome plates stuff....that could come in handy...

The only wah i have is on my crappy Zoom pedal, I can't control it so everything sounds like the House That Jack Built solo.

Weee, it's been fun recently!
Had a jam with Slapping Penguin last week, and we're gonna jam again on Tuesday! Last time we did all of For Whom The Bell Tolls perfectly (He's lead guitar btw :o), maybe Tuesday we'll be able to get a recording, I also have to learn the first 3.5/4 minutes of Master of Puppets before Tuesday (I can do all except for that Pre-Chorus bit, I think, I haven't really looked at the tab :cool: ), but jeez I hate my tone, after listening to gocaps'/Joe's recording of Fade To Black, I don't know if I should ever post one of my recordings here....

Yeah, Joes recording was f[B][I][/I][/B]ucking awesome. Hopefully the cover that we're doing in garage band will sound as nice.

yah lol theres never age limits anymore....if you go to a gas station and try to buy cigs when your 16 sometimes you get your ace busted sometimes you can get em. if you try buying drinks underage same things. its a good thing you wont get in trouble for trying to buy explicit cds tho. lol.

Except I've never even heard of a zoom pedal. I'll have to re-check out my tone for FTB, I don't really remember it...

And chu, post them! and if you really care to know, it's got some compressor from the mixer. i think it's 9/10 distortion, about 7/8 bass and treble and about 4 mid if i recall correctly. i'll listen to it again soon.
