I_go_by_mikee 06-26-2006 11:47 PM

my friend told me he heard a new commercial. guess what song was playing in the background of the commercial?

jerry cs version of canon rock.

Thor the Impaler 06-26-2006 11:49 PM

The Black Fist 06-26-2006 11:50 PM
hi. i play guiatr too. so im allowed. jsut here to say hi. and dont eat chicken. kentuckyfriedcrulty.com
this is one of them full roast chickens you get from the grocery store

ftw

I_go_by_mikee 06-26-2006 11:51 PM

where do you live near? i know there are other six flags, but the one near me has the like, biggest coaster in the world or whatever, and then the fastest wooden coaster too.

Me! 06-26-2006 11:53 PM

The one in Houston closed.

I'm indifferent. I want to go to that one in Iowa or Illinois or Ohio I don't remember it's not a Six Flags I think, it's called Cedar Park or Cedar Point or Cedar Rapids or something, I heard that one has really good rides.

Thor the Impaler 06-26-2006 11:54 PM

I live in San Jose, California  Prolly soon to be Santa Cruz  x 8

I_go_by_mikee 06-26-2006 11:54 PM

hm. i havent a clue about all those places. i mainly just know about a couple in florida, and then a couple in new jersey.

if you check out the great adventure site, you'll see the "biggest ride in the world" or whatever.

Thor the Impaler 06-26-2006 11:57 PM

Just stay out of the ocean :)

Rides are whack, cotton candy is where its at.

I_go_by_mikee 06-26-2006 11:59 PM

haha, rides are decent, but, i don't have the urge to go on them anymore. i used to like them alot, and i went on a sh¡t load. but now its just like meh. i guess that was cool.

btw my local shop got a left handed bass in, bass is actually pretty raw.

Me! 06-27-2006 12:00 AM

Are you guys familiar with Richard Cheese? (yes lawl at the dickcheese joke)

He does jazz covers of rock songs. They're hilarious.

I_go_by_mikee 06-27-2006 12:01 AM

nah, paul anka does that stuff too though.

oh god. the horror. haha.

Me! 06-27-2006 12:11 AM

I must upload one of the songs. You'll laugh, seros.

The instrument stuff on a lot of the songs are good even though they're jokes. I'm impressed at the amount of effort he puts into these.

Thor the Impaler 06-27-2006 12:12 AM

Jazz covers  thats great. Maybe I'll listen another time.

I_go_by_mikee 06-27-2006 12:13 AM

haha sounds good. what you uploading it to? putfile?

5,000th post ftw.

Me! 06-27-2006 12:14 AM

Yeah putfile. Thor you might want to stick around. The particular one I'm uploading is Welcome to the Jungle. Imagine a really white jazz singer doing Axl Rose's stuff in that song.

Here it is
did you hear that guy's voice crack on the "When you're high you never, ever wanna come down"
Yeah, I did.

Man, I need a new mic. That 57 sounds like it picks it up pretty well. My condenser works like secks for cleans through my Nomad, but not the distortion.
