Just got back from a wonderful day of snowboarding... Canada is the bestest country ever.

It's the best sport/activity ever created.

ive skiied a few times but never snowboard , looks fun.

but we all know volleyball is the best sport/activity known to mankind.

Maybe I'll learn to snowboard this year.

But it's not at all likely.

I've been surfing, which is very relaxing and fun. I imagine snowboarding is the same but colder.

would you guys recommend that? and if you would, why?

Umm, it depends if you want albums that are only available on vinyl, or you know of a place where you can get vinyl for a much lower price than CD.

Only I'm on vocals, and I'm not too sure how the style is gunna sit with the rest of the guys when they hear it.

they not heard your vocals yet? thats always a shi[I]t[/I]. it takes a hell of a lot courage to sing infront of your mates for the first time, more than it does to a crowd.

Yeah, well they've heard em, but these are completely different. Crazy insane vocals, which may take a fair amount of courage. Yeah, funny straining facial expressions included.

I spent most of this morning trying to figure out how to play a few songs on The Holy Bible, by watching the live performances on the DVD of the re-issue. The cameramen for these performances suck and keep looking at the drummer during the tricky fills. :mad:

Yeah, there is a difference. Record players have that crackly sound. But, I mean, if you buy vinyl you can only listen to it on the record player. It's tough freakin luck if you wanna take it somewhere and listen to it. Silly. Technology can be good.

I dunno, the songs have a bit of a range. I guess what we have made so far is somewhere around Fugazi/The Bronx/Interpol/The International Noise Conspiracy.

INC were so good at Leeds. the frontman has some interesting charisma, although he might be a little too flexible for the crowds good. fictional stuff is ok to write about imo, but it's difficult if you're trying to put a serious point across. lacks emotion (at the risk of sounding "emo") :smoke:

Eh, I don't want emotion that much for this band. It can still be very emotional though. I mean, have you not ever seen an emotional movie? Eh? Eh?

i saw them live too, but i think they are just too loud. all the songs start to sound the same from a certain point.
