Well, I can't afford new strings, so some new Elixirs (which I quite like) is an awesome gift... almost new... you probably couldn't even tell that they've been used... :)

Yeah, they are still incredibly bright and new sounding, so there isn't much of a noticeable difference.

No, I haven't had anymore. I really wanted one the night after I had one when I smoked a joint, but I didn't have one. :D
It's not like I needed it, but in my head I wanted that same feeling I had the night before, which came from smoking a cigarette after a joint, but I still didn't let myself give in.

I remember it took a few weeks (at least, probably longer) before noticing any difference to my strings. Elixirs have such an awesome lifespan.
