so i just thought of something that i think would be amazing to see.

trigger each piece of your kit. drums and cymbals. except, get the triggers to light up the drum as you hit it. every bass drum hit, the bass drum lights up. same with all the other drums. would be neat with acrylic drums.

now, i suppose it would be tough to light up a cymbal. my solution to this would be to light up the cymbal stand. now i don't know if they make acrylic hardware, but in this case, i think it would look amazing.

try to imagine it. i think it would be great to see a drummer with something like that.
what? get a kick snare?
He had a kick snare? That is pretty cool actually. I just thought he brought his hand off the hats for 2 and 4.

*Shrug*

Double Bass Jim 04-30-2006 09:05 PM

Yeah he did have alot of foot controllers, one for the snare for sure.

DuckinFutch8 04-30-2006 09:14 PM

I was just trying it for a little while, I've been drumming with the other hand only the rest of the time... It's just annoying not being able to play as usual...

rockindrummer 04-30-2006 10:06 PM

That would really be somthing, to be able to play your kit like that.

Maggot Dream 04-30-2006 10:10 PM

It's not really that special. Yeah, the guy only had one arm, but his kit was so customized that it didn't matter, and he still wasn't that great of a drummer.

ThugsRook 04-30-2006 10:11 PM
He had a kick snare? That is pretty cool actually. I just thought he brought his hand off the hats for 2 and 4.

he was 100% e-kit. the trigger pedal could be whatever he wanted. he had alot of pedals, at least 6.

Double Bass Jim 04-30-2006 10:14 PM

It was just like riverdance

With drum pedals

Win A Rabbit 04-30-2006 10:17 PM

How'd did he do any kind of rolls around the kit? Hand-foot combos?
