Ages for tattoos depend on what state you live in. California law says you have to be 18 and that's it. But you can be 17 with parent's consent in Nevada and Texas.

Or you can just find artists that work outside of the shop.

My parents are pretty lenient about things. As long as I don't have a sleeve done while I'm living at home I don't think they would do anything serious besides give me a lecture.

So I discovered halfway into my tube journey into central London that In place apart is the best album of the year.

Thta's how it is here in KY. I know a guy who I may be starting a band with who is a tattoo artist. If we get anything going with him, I'm going to see if I can get a couple of tats.

Yeah, that's stupid, but these kids are just friends. I mean, if it's a girlfriend I can at least see the point of it(even though it's still stupid). But I would NEVER do that for a friend, unless they were really close and died or something. That would be understandable.

Well then I guess Laredo is just a bit more ghetto than I previously had thought. haha, but most of the tattoo artists here are part of the scene whether it be hc or metal, so they do tats outside of the shops for kids at times.
