hahahaha
k its up now, were all dumbasses |
I know AC/DC wasn't too popular here in America until Back In Black, which has sold like 19 million copies, so that's why you haven't heard too much of them.
Makes sense. They must have sold out to do Back in Black. |
no just new singer
|
They sound real talented and original alright. You sound like you're an intelligent person with respectable tastes.........
|
that is original, and talent comes through break riffs and solos
|
You guys are jerks.
|
Hello Fellow Classic Rockers!
I belive that I've seen an increasing amount of classic rockers.. and im liking it because since I was 7 I've been rocking to AC/DC, by the way, they've been around about a quarter decade, so I would probably call them "Classic rock" not rock.. or anything.. The Doors Hendrix Pink Floyd (Not their 80s wall stuff, pffft) Stevie Ray Vaughn(Not rock) Keep Rockin' |
Lighten up, 'poon, just a little fun among friends.
|
SRV is blues classic blues
|

Hey, the Poon name is catching on. :D
Pink Floyd (Not their 80s wall stuff, pffft)
I like The Wall. :( |
Hey, the Poon name is catching on.
Nobody even knows who you are anymore. |
Who is SRV?
No, just kidding, I know who he is. I'm not too fond of him, though. |
I like only a few of his songs.
|
I have a problem guys. I listened to Back in Black, but all the songs sound the same. Did I get a bad copy or something lol?
|
I'm not sure. I didn't even know about AC/DC until today.
|
no no problem thats how they are
|
I'm not sure. I didn't even know about AC/DC until today.
Me neither, I just listened because they said I should try that one out. |
yea their songs are kinda similiar
|
I used to like AC/DC. They are kind of annoying. Its just a gateway to classic rock I suspose, so they aren't that bad, but in a way, they are.
|
hethamulburton : How long have you been listining to them? (just curious)
|
I like AC/DC. I used to listen to them a lot, not anymore though.
|
I can see where they get annoying but I guess it's just how much you end up paying attention to the guitars and songs.
|
Since my dad put me in the car to go home from the hospital after I was born in 1988.
That's long I've listening. |
theyre good for what they play but they never really exceed expectations. it all comes down to taste though. my head hurts.
|
Nobody even knows who you are anymore.
:upset: Low blow, 'Poon. Low blow. |
Since my dad put me in the car to go home from the hospital after I was born in 1988.
That's long I've listening.
I can't see how you'd be a fan of them that long. Their songs all sound they same even Angus admits it. I mean their hit single sounds good at first then you buy an album and then you're majorly disappointed. Everyone grows out of AC/DC. |
Save for me, I love them, I don't care if they sound the same, it's rock and they keep it simple, I wouldn't be in a band like this, but I enjoy listening to them.
|

Owned. |
It doesn't matter to me, I've listened to them my whole life, and that prob made my brain go and get hooked on it. I don't listen to them everyday, just like a few times a month, but I still love 'em.
|
Ya I got tired of AC/DC pretty darn fast.
|
At least hethamulburton admits that most of their songs sound the same. I hate when noobs try to argue about that.
omGz, thye hAve a insTurmentle, thye must bE diveRse |
Yea like I said I can ignore the guitar until the cool riffs and solos.
|
Anyone else discover the greatness of the Byrds' Sweetheart of the Rodeo yet?
|
I'll be a fan of AC/DC for the rest of my life. I'll only listen to a bit at a time though. I can't see how somebody could listen to an album of theirs every day.
|
Yeah....I went through an AC/DC phase for a while. I have two of their albums, and one of their shirts. A little too repetitive, as mentioned. Still fun to listen to every once in a while.
|

Pfftt, try four months ago. ;) |
I like AC/DC sometimes. They have some fun songs, but nothing that can be listened to over and over. My favorite song from AC/DC is probably It's A Long Way To the Top (If You Wanna Rock And Roll). For some reason, I just love that rhythm; the bagpipes are cool too.
I really like Lola and Village Green. Ray and Dave Davies seem to write lyrics that are a bit different (probably one reason why I like them). I haven't found Arthur yet. What about Kinda Kinks? Has anyone listened to it? |
Pfftt, try four months ago. ;)
Yea, even I knew that album was great. |
AC/DC is boring.
Sweetheart of the Rodeo rocks BTW :) |
I think I prefer Fifth Dimension, but both are great.
