before mx I went to gamespot forums for a couple years

system wars was hilarious, its just fanboys flaming each other and comparing graphics/games of their precious console

the gimmick accounts were awesome

then I moved to off topic discussion and in hindsight it was 10x worse than gd here

it was heavily modded and basically for 13 year olds. You got suspended for calling someone gay or trolling

most lol thing about pc games is you're shooting a gun or something by clicking a mouse

its completely unsatisfying compared to actually pulling a trigger on a 360 controller (with or without vibration on or w/e its called)

i don't care about console loyalty lol wii is just a shitty system

just beat sonic 2 with all chaos emeralds and beat final boss on first try while you guys kept arguing about this

i'm mildly interested in the mario galaxy games but that's it. not enough reason to buy a system. twilight princess was good but i have that for gamecube.

yeah well I had a friend selling his and I got it for dirt cheap I wouldn't have paid any more for it

now i'm used to it I sort of like it, stuff like wii sports and mii's are shitty though. I want to try the online shop to see what emulating SNES games is like through it

I just like PC gaming because typically the games are better designed and have more detail, plus it saves me the trouble of having to set up a console and needing a nice TV as well.

I just hate using controllers. Plus mods are awesome.

Yeah I'm awful with controllers, I feel they aren't as efficient anyway but mostly I'm so used to using a mouse/keyboard that I fail horribly any time I use one.

For me advantages of x360:

-xbox live
-some games are better played with the controller. platformers etc

PC:

-better graphics
-dedicated servers
-mods/custom maps for games

Graphics are a tough subject. I think everything needs to come before graphics, imo.

Every single game that I can think of that was really fun had "crappy" graphics. But, then again, there is little excuse to not have "up-to-date" graphics for a game nowadays. I just prefer the storyline, gameplay and everything else to be interesting first.
