this is kinda off subject...but im really bad about nervous habits. when i get on stage its like i go nuts. I cant think, i cant breath, i cant move. can i get some tips on managing this. After a minute i can play, but i refuse to my band to play anything sorta tuff due to this nervousness. im a good guitarist just not able to shine. plz help me out. :naughty:

Umm.

Practice more, I guess.
That way you won't have to be nervous about being nervous, because you'll know all your stuff.

meditation man. Meditation, while sounding kind of dorky, helps a whole lot calming you down. Just close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing for a minute. Think positively and all the other stuff. It works pretty good. It also helps get rid of stress headaches:)

Now Shadows Fall is on, and they're actually pretty good. The singer sings for a change, there's a nice guitar solo, and the the music is heavy while still refraining from being depressing. It's uplifting yet mosh-worthy music, and there's guitar harmonies too!
