yeah muscle weighs more than fat but I don't gain enough muscle to ofset the calories burned

well yeah thats why you need to eat like 3000-3200 if you're working out



you might as well not even touch weights if you're only eating 1500

cardio fucking blows and i cant do pullups anywhere here. i was doing pushups until i got bored for sets of like 5 last semester and was still losing mass. shits fucked.

im not eating more

if I bought more food my parents wouldn't pay for it and I'm not wasting money to gain 10 or so pounds, it's pointless

working out for 20 minutes vs 2 hours doesnt mean you're helping build muscle instead of burn fat, it just means you're doing a shitty workout

bottom line is if you get enough calories and lift heavy you'll see results, theres no way to cut corners

Been losing muscle this quarter because my schedule hasn't allowed me to go to the gym when it's not full of frat bros (past 3pm) but I should be able to go again next quarter. I still run and work out at home sometimes but [I]it's not the same. [/I]

js you're results aren't moderate, you can be content with them and all which is probably what you mean, but you're really just wasting your time if you're expecting to build any muscle

i'd consider what i've done so far fairly moderate, and i warm up benching your body weight

the whole point is i have gained moderate muscle from moderate work outs

my brother is the exact same body type as me and he has rail arms, my arms aren't huge but I have lean muscle from working out and thats fine by me

I have a very lean/cut figure and am happy with it. I don't have to work out a lot because Im thin from eating healthy-ish and not drinking idiot juice
