I play bass, but I can't really do any advanced techniques. The fact that I use my fingers and can't use a pick to save my life certainly doesn't help.

I've been messing around with my voice, too, I've been trying to get a good black metal voice but whenever I get a sound I want it's utterly impossible to say anything. I think I'm doing it wrong.

I'm a full-time bassist.

Everything Cattle Decapitation did before "K.B.K." was closer to grindcore than anything else, and to say grind has slam riffs is pretty stupid. KBK was more death metal-oriented, but I honestly don't see what you're talking about as far as the "phat beatz" and "hardcore leericz frum da streetz". There's only a few breakdowns on the entire album (not of the chug-chug variety, thankfully) and the lyrics aren't anything close to what youre saying they are.

So, unless there's a slam riff somewhere on that album that I missed (the many times I've listened to it), I don't see what you're talking about.
