I would say Enema, TOYPAJ, Dude Ranch and Cheshire Cat are all equal best. The S/T is definatley the worst, although it is still a lot better than a lot of other bands I like.
I have not included Buddah or TMTATS. Buddah is a great CD with some great songs on it, although most of them appear in Cheshire Cat also, minus 21 Days and The Girl Next Door. TMTATS is amazing, although most of the songs are on other albums. |
i dont think much of topag..... i cant pick a fav blink cd there all good just depends wat i wanna listen to...

Lmao. Too bad there's no Y in his.

Well, it would sound better "Turns out penors are green".
Well, it would sound better "Turns out *pernors are green".
*Penors And yes. |
Right, I think that there is a line between where you can be classed as a bad typer, and where you are just mentally retarded. Before now there was a bit of confusion which the guy was, but not it has been confirmed as the latter.

My favorite album is S/T by far. The other albums are ok, and I own Cheshire Cat, Dude Ranch, and Enema. but S/T blows them all away in my mind.

When did you get into Blink? I find peoples favourite album usually depends when they first started listening. |
Another AVA member has been announced:
Ryan Sinn (the bassist that recently left The Distillers) |
Another AVA member has been announced:
Ryan Sinn (the bassist that recently left The Distillers)
I'm hoping this band is going to have pretty good music. So far all of the musicians have come from well known bands, and are experienced, so they should at least write a couple of cool songs. |

I bought Dude Ranch when In first came out because I liked Dammit, That's the first time I heard them, So I guess you could say that's when I got into them. But They weren't actually a band I consistentley liked until I heard S/T |
Another AVA member has been announced:

I see. Personally I think the S/T album is their worst. Not saying it's bad, it just doesn't compare to the others. |
Their new album was very Boxcar Racer-ish. I loved it when I first bought it. After buying the other blink albums, I grew out of it.
|
Boxcar>S/T. By far IMO.

Yeah, but you can tell that the S/T had a bit of a BCR feel to it. |

Where did you hear that anyway? oh, and sorry about the double post.
No. David Kennedy is a guitarist, Atom Willard is a drummer, and the guy from The Distillers is a bassist. |
Yeah, but you can tell that the S/T had a bit of a BCR feel to it.
Yeah, I think Tom had a lot of influence on the type of music the band played. |

yes yes it did :amaze: |
No. David Kennedy is a guitarist, Atom Willard is a drummer, and the guy from The Distillers is a bassist.
I thought David Kennedy was a bassist as well, so that explains everything. |
When did you get into Blink? I find peoples favourite album usually depends when they first started listening.
I suppose that's true. I started in the late 90's so Dude Ranch is my favorite, I guess cause I was raised on their older sound. And I agree with whoever said that Boxcar was better than S/T. |
When did you get into Blink? I find peoples favourite album usually depends when they first started listening.
That theory works for me, I only really got into Blink when the s/t came out, and it's my favourite still. |
i just listened to boxcar racer and i really truley think its over rated now dont get me wrong i love it really awsome album but i just think it really lacks like a stand out track.... it has so many good tracks but nothing excellent..... that just what i think

what do u mean... do u mean songs like... watch the world...there is..... where you really couldnt tell where the chorus is |
I keep going on and off about listening to Box car. Sometimes i can't be arsed to listen, but other times it's amazing to listen to. It's quite like that with s/t too.
From BCR by far, for me the best song is 'There is'. I heard it a while before i realised BCR had formed and thought it was Blink for a while... It kinda said a lot to me when i first heard it, that's why it's my favourite i guess. All of their songs are amazing and listenable to. I fell in love with the album quite soon after a few listens. |
