I've got it. My opinion is that its better than the original, just because of the extended solo sections and the inclusion of the song "What Shall We Do Now?". My verdict is that you should get it. :thumb:

I kept seeing it for 30$ so it wasn't really grabbing my attention, but then I saw it for 20$ and I considered picking it up. I'll probably get it next time, thanks :thumb:

On Friday I learned the solo from Echoes on Pompeii, right before they go into the funky part. THAT is a cool solo.

Wow impressive, yea I would love to learn it, but its so long I would get lost.

The longest song I can play from end to end is 5 and a half minutes. My brain doesn't quite have the capacity to remember that much information. :lol:

Right now, I am actually learning Ænima by Tool, which is fairly easy, and clocks in at around 6:30, so I am expanded my mental capacity. :cool:

I dont know what the Pink Floyd fest is...but there is all the sudden a floyd craze going around here. The Imax cinema (i think its united artisit now) is showing the Live in Pompeii, and their gonna be a few laser light shows, as well as some new floyd cover bands popping up. I dont know any more info about any of them, since i only heard it briefly from the radio station

I want to learn all of Echoes. But it would take FOREVER to memorize all of that. And, I don't think I have the proper effects for all of it. Oh well. I've realized, I haven't been posting much lately. It's sad.

If you can find a full tab for echoes, send me a copy. All i can find is the solo(s).

And you defintaly havent been posting much lately, i almost forgot you exsisted. I think everybodys gotten new avators since, and has all gotten steriotypes in the community thread.

Well, Blue Floyd has been around since 1999 or 2000, they just haven't toured in a while because the old lead singer died and he had formed the band. But I do agree about a lot of Floyd craze, the Pink Floyd Laser Spectacular is on tour right now, I just saw it about 2 weeks ago here in Philly. And Aussie Floyd did their first east coast tour of the States awhile ago, which was amazing.
