Same situation here. Godspeed, being the original should be appreciated before moving on to their successors. I still personally prefer GY!BE over EitS anyway...

I didn't really mean the post-rock originators (that goes to Slint and Talk Talk), but the originators of the style that GY!BE and EitS both possess. A style of a more orchestral rock sound within the genre.

I finally got my grubby little hands on a copy of "Psychocandy". I'm only on track 2, but it's been good so far.

is anyone listernin to 'up the bracket' by 'the libertines', prob one of the best albums made this side of 2000, well i think so, but if you agree or dont agree please make yourself be heard, and if you haven't heard them, well go out and find there music, and has anyone been listernin to babyshambles, i went and sore them at london forum in december, im lucky to of even of seen then, considering that they keep takin too much drugs and not turning up to gigs, those crazy mother trucks, what kate did???

Today I loved Kasabian and Muse - Showbiz.

I didnt like Interpol's Antics when I first bought it, but now after listening to it alot, it has really grown on me. Um it's nice to kinda listen to while I'm asleep. hahaha no pun intended...and I am listening to more Postal Service and the rest of the Garden State soundtrack. It's nice.

I'm liking Mithras' [I]Forever Advancing... Legions[/I], Lykathea Aflame's [I]Elvenefris[/I] and Cave In's [I]Until Your Heart Stops[/I].

I still can't find [I]Origin of Symmetry[/I] ANYWHERE in stores. I've been wanting to buy it for oh so long now.

Why?

I really don't know what's up with the stores here. I've seen all their other releases(Hullabaloo included), but I just can't seen to find Origin. I did see one in downtown Toronto last month, but it was a Japanese import, worth $50CN.

Just burn it, the artwork is nothing great and be honest, it's Muse.

Yeah, I'll get that mentality once I buy a Creative Zen for me birthday next month. I'll probably only buy rare/cheap discs from now on. My wallet really takes a beating when I hang out in Sunrise or HMV every week.
