i've come to not like the new unearth album

I used to really dig Shadows Fall when I was in like 8th grade.

Not saying you were mate, just I've been accused of doing it.

Good thing is as soon as you post regularly on these boards your taste in music gets better and better.

And I didn't know unearth had a new album out. Probably won't check it out though.

Shadows Fall were perhaps the next step for me after Metallica.

I loved [I]The Fall of Ideals[/I] in grade 8

Basically, I got into them just after I was finishing my Megadeth and Anthrax phase

I liked them when I was 14/15 too.

For me it went Sum 41 (lol), Metallica, Shadows Fall and then Children of Bodom.

From there it's pretty much all over the place.

Yeah I was big on Children of Bodom, Night Wish and Sinergy back then.

Lol Nightwish, I remember liking them until I realized how terrible they were and still are.

I tried out Children of Bodom at one point but it didn't last

I listened to one song thought this is gay, then never listened again.

I had at least three of their albums and listened to them regularly.

hatecrew deathroll is still pretty good

never really liked anything else from them

Just listened to another song.

Still p gay.

Follow the Reaper owned my life for a few weeks and then I just got sick of it.

Then I found Wintersun who are far superior but aren't releasing any material like ever again.

Yeah Follow the Reaper had me for a little while.

Weeell the fact that Blooddrunk is ear-poison doesn't exactly help their case.

Just listened to asking alexandria for the lolz.

Crabcore has found another member for the genre it'd seem.

They aren't as bad as other crabcore bands. I can listen once in awhile.

I'm pretty ashamed to admit they're from my neck of the woods.

Yes bad euro trance sections are obligatory. As are v-necks and terrible riffs. And auto-tuning.

We Came As Romans are a guilty, guilty pleasure though.

I've seen them live I think. I was thinking about going with a friend to see A Skylit Drive tonight but he got sick.

They're like a sub par dance gavin dance but with poor cleans, and decent harsh vocals.

But they're catchy and a fun listen. Kinda like Broadway in this sense for me.
