We have a core requirement at U of I, which means that I do have to take classes I don't want to take (read: math and science classes).

Fortunately, there are a huge variety of classes you can take to fit that core requirement.

Yes, unfortunately, I can't drop Math until my senior year, and Trig is the only course I'm qualified for in Mathematics.

See, I was always good enough at math to not have to keep taking general math, but I was always bad enough to not grasp the concepts until much later in the semester.

I did alright in Trig (having struggled with math for as long as I can remember), but after that I started losing it. I actually took Calc last year, but quit halfway through the year, so now I'm taking it again.

I'm naturally very good in math, but I hate it, which leads to a real lack of motivation to doing it, and I don't get as much out of it as I should.

haha, sounds like me and reading class in Elementary school, I remember in like 3rd grade I was put in remedial Reading class, but then In middle school I didn't have to take a Reading course because I scored so high on some test.

I didn't realize that they changed the name of the album to that. Nope, I haven't heard it, but I wouldn't mind hearing it early. I'm not sure if I'll buy it, but hearing it might convince me to. I've almost lost faith in them because of the whole thing with their guitarists, etc.

Well, they're extremely prickly over at the main board. Every time someone posts lyrics to the new album that isn't from the four previously leaked songs, people get a bit pissy and posts get deleted and all that. It's like, uh, hey guys, the album got leaked, there's nothing you can do to control it.
