Well as for a toasted sub like a chicken pizziloa or a meatball or something, I don't know how much better that is then say, taco bell.

I was a huge fan of Subway until i learned that their "whole wheat bread" is not actually whole wheat and it has high fructose corn syrup in it. It's funny because their wheat bread is actually less healthy than their white bread.
That said, yes Subway is a good place. Cutting down on portions is a perfect thing to do. And eat an apple or something instead of getting chips. Subway can be either really healthy, or it can be just as unhealthy as any fast food place. It depends on what you order. Just make sure you load that thing with the veggies :) |
