Well see I woke up at midnight (Central time) and ended up throwing up:

-Dinner
-A few days build up of phlegm in my throat and lungs

While this was going on, tears were running down my face and my nose started bleeding.

It's sort of funny now that I look back on it. At the time, though, I couldn't breathe and it sucked. :p

Omega Red 12-01-2004 01:37 PM

ok im going to get dressed and go to bass alone

jamesr 12-01-2004 01:39 PM

at least you didn't have to make a No.2 while throwing up. That is always exciting.

I laughed so hard when I saw it. They wonder why people think he is an idiot. He is probably standing there saying "evereything looks clear, go ahead and move in."

BassVirtuoso 12-01-2004 01:55 PM

When asked about the picture Bush responded "I didn't want to be seen by the enemy"

Foxfire 12-01-2004 02:27 PM

Why are kids so picky about the color of their bass nowadays?

Sheesh.

PaulR 12-01-2004 02:30 PM

Yeah, **** kids.

What?

Wintermute 12-01-2004 02:42 PM

In fairness, though I do hate him, it's a little unfair to laugh at that picture. I'll bet everyone who uses binoculars on anything near a regular basis has done that several times. Especially if you've just been handed them.

You don't know he didn't hold that pose for only a split second before realising he'd been handed a capped pair, and taking them off.

Janelectro 12-01-2004 02:47 PM

I also don't undersand the thing with the colors. When I got my bass I was a bit unhappy with the 2 tone sunburst, but it sounded great and felt superb, and now I even love the finish.

nisakss 12-01-2004 03:03 PM

Hey evryone whatsup.......I'm falling asleep here at work....literally

nisakss 12-01-2004 03:04 PM

I wouldn't rule out a good bass just for the color, but if I can choose it'd go for a bass I like seeing,.....I think it'd make you play even more and take better care of it.

Left Shoe 12-01-2004 03:04 PM

hey everyone , what did you all do today?

if im going to buy a bass , im not going to want to have anyhting about that bass im not going to enjoy. the thought of a fender in any color (yellow *barf*) and me playing it is enogh to make me shiver
Hey evryone whatsup.......I'm falling asleep here at work....literally
AnNFGForREX 12-01-2004 03:08 PM

still in escuela... really gay..

Foxfire 12-01-2004 03:09 PM

I'm learning the Ytse Jam. What a great song.

jamesr 12-01-2004 03:09 PM

I love natural finshes, also burst. But give me a good deal on a nice bass I will take almost any color, not pink... we all have our limits.

Mitchell Royce 12-01-2004 03:23 PM

I care about the color of my bass. If I'm gonna lay down a grand or more for an instrument, which is basically a luxury for a student like me, I'm gonna make damn sure its in a color I like. Lately I really have a thing for light finishes or woods(G&L L2500 in Ash/maple fretboard=drool).

peeted 12-01-2004 03:30 PM

i dont think colous realy that important. its like a bonus

Foxfire 12-01-2004 03:33 PM

Well yeah but it's irritating as **** when people go "As long as it looks good I don't care how it sounds."

PaulSimonon 12-01-2004 03:33 PM

I think basses shouldn't be painted for QC's sake.

nisakss 12-01-2004 03:35 PM

I really like yellow basses, although it seems that I'm the only one who likes them

PaulSimonon 12-01-2004 03:36 PM

I do, but I'd rather see the wood, so I have a better feel for what I'm getting.

Spaceman Spiff 12-01-2004 03:38 PM

basses look so nice when they aren't painted.

Dieforitall89 12-01-2004 03:42 PM

Hey Guys.

neal_672 12-01-2004 03:43 PM

I have to say i much prefer Wood effect to painted...

Spaceman Spiff 12-01-2004 03:52 PM
