Final line-up for our show. We should be recording a demo next weekend and if this goes well, we're gonna try to get a show for next weekend.
Darkest Hour's last album was fantastic. As Hope Dies were one of the last good Gothenburgcore bands.
I might have to break up with you if we keep agreeing on ****. Its not healthy for our relationship.

RetiredAt21 11-10-2005 08:50 PM

I was only kidding about the hardcore kids not getting along with the emo kids. We all get along fine. :)

cbmartinez 11-10-2005 08:57 PM

Bob, which one is your band?

NewKindofArmy03 11-10-2005 09:01 PM

GOREZILLA

We have like 8 songs ready to play and they all rule. Once we do the demo we'll make a myspace and whatnot.

DUH!

That band was so insane. They played a house show here once, hahahaha, they thrashed that dude's backyard up so much, it was hilarious. One of the best shows I've ever been to.

GET GNARLY!

Die young, or live forever?
I'm just trying to get through the night
See there's this voice
Dragging me down
Die young, or live forever?
I'm just trying to refind my heart
It was always there
Just hard to see in the dark...
You weren't even fucking looking

Scarlet (Ferret Records)
Fight Paris (Trustkill Records)
The Esoteric (Prosthetic Records)
Calico System (Eulogy Recordings)
I was so excited about The Esoteric and Fight paris that I looked over the other two names. I'll go check out Scarlet sometime later today. Calico System just played here last week and were very good, but I don't like the trendy singing choruses and screaming verses deal.

... I'm at work. I'm leaving for Vegas right after work for the weekend... um... to hold you over its light brown, says Orchid, and has the cover for DTRT! and says "Dance Tonight, Revolution Tomorrow!"

Calico System are from here, my roommate is friends with their guitarist or something.

I was gonna go see Sick Of It All tonight, but it's $12, and they'll be touring in support of their new album next year, so I'm gonna go to a free local show instead.

As long as it's good condition and all, I'll definitely want just because it has DTRT on it. :p

I would've gone to see Sick Of It All. you're lucky you have such an abundance of shows, and good bands that travel through your area.

AndreTheHyena 11-11-2005 04:28 PM

Truth, but I need to save money, especially if I plan on seeing Ted Leo, My Morning Jacket, Dwarves, MLIW, Doomriders, etc, all this month.

What did you come home in between? or did you download it?

kingdead 11-11-2005 11:33 PM

I actually love Doom III. I keep thinking man, this isnt a good game its just a bunch of dark and noises and shit running at me. Then I keep playing it.

Special Brew 11-11-2005 11:45 PM

The Doom series never appealed to me, but they always had cool music. I don't really like shoot-'em-up style games. The only games I can really get into are online MMORPGs like Diablo II, Ragnorok Online, and Final Fantasy XI.

kingdead 11-12-2005 12:03 AM

Im on campus. Dont talk about online gaming. Just dont.

Let's Chop Cats! 11-12-2005 12:05 AM

I rented like 5 games with my friends tonight only to have my xbox crap out after 1 round of Far Cry Instincts, which by the way looks like crap.
