Hey people, hows it going?

Jev 06-07-2006 11:13 AM

Hello hello hello.

I'm tired even though I got up at 11.
I had the sun shining on me all through science. I nearly melted.

Untitled 06-07-2006 11:14 AM

The sun is too hot.

But i love how bright it is.

Also, i need to tidy my room, but i need to revise. But i think i will revise so much better in a clean and tidy bedroom, i dunno.
Just went grocery shopping on my own for the first time ever (my family is on holiday, only me and my sister in the house) and the the cuboards where bare, so we went the shops.
I've done food shoping on my own before, I was dreading getting to the till and the woman telling me how much it was...
Luckily I had enough.

Untitled 06-07-2006 11:18 AM

I got the calculator out on my phone, and added all the prices up like a nerd :(

Mexican Bandito 06-07-2006 11:20 AM

you should have lived life on the edge! like me :p

It was really daunting though, the thought of holding up a que whilst picking stuff out to give back!!

Having worked on a till, I can safely say you would be mocked and scowled at by the cashier.

Yeah but only because it's you behind the till.

Lord Abortion 06-07-2006 11:37 AM
Yeah but only because it's you behind the till.
Sounds Idyllic

I wish firefox wouldn't freeze so much on my comp, it always rights itself, but it sure is irritating.

NP-Cradle of filth-The twisted nails of faith.

Patrick O))) 06-07-2006 12:31 PM

NP: Cradle Of Filth ~ No Time To Cry

tumples 06-07-2006 12:31 PM

have you updated it? it used to happen to me, gets annoying

Untitled 06-07-2006 12:36 PM

Firefox always seemed slower then IE to me, so i stick with IE, tell me something better, and ill use it.

Also, i just destroyed my debit card, luckly it went out of date a few days back.

Jev 06-07-2006 12:43 PM

Firefox is about 19 times faster than my IE.

Plus it's much more safer than IE too apparently.

PAJJ 06-07-2006 12:50 PM

Plus it's not made by those money robbing bandits Microsoft.

Jev 06-07-2006 12:58 PM

Shh don't say that Bill gates has eyes everywhere.

Lord Abortion 06-07-2006 12:59 PM

I'm persevering, because it makes downloading so much speedier.

Jev 06-07-2006 01:02 PM

And it doesn't crap out halfway through downloading like IE.

PAJJ 06-07-2006 01:04 PM
Shh don't say that Bill gates has eyes everywhere.
o shi....

the door bell just went, should i answer it, or do you think it's bill gates and his hired goons...

ChodaBoy 06-07-2006 01:05 PM
Firefox is about 19 times faster than my IE.

Not for long. More people use it, therefore it becomes a target just like IE. A new browser will come along soon claiming to be safer, and the cycle will continue.

Jev 06-07-2006 01:06 PM
o shi....

It might be the postman...

Mexican Bandito 06-07-2006 01:14 PM

The postman always rings twice :)

Postmen suck, well no, the Royal Mail sucks.

My postman is fat and lives just down the road from me, it's cool because if I've got a parcel that needs signed for, he just signs it and puts it in the greenhouse instead of having to redeliver it the next day :D

PAJJ 06-07-2006 01:15 PM

No such luck it was just my sister.
It'd of been a bit late for the postman though, unless it was the sort of postman who'd be delivering me a black rose.......

FVG27 06-07-2006 01:21 PM

Yo. I'm tired.

I was wondering- should I bike to school tomorrow for my afternoon exam? It'll take me about 45 mins.

PAJJ 06-07-2006 01:25 PM

What's the alternative?
I'd be shattered after 45minutes riding a bike, probably not the best idea before an exam :-\, but i suppose it depends on hoe fit you are.
Yo. I'm tired.

Depends, i wouldnt in this weather, because it would kill me.

If i ever go for a ride, or a run, i do it in the rain.

Jev 06-07-2006 01:27 PM

Why not?
I love biking to school.

Your school must be pretty far away if it takes 45 mins on a bike...

FVG27 06-07-2006 01:29 PM

I'm pretty fit, I play hockey 3-4 times a week. I have a moped which I've been using- but I think a ride might do me good.
