reidster90 11-11-2004 09:03 PM

a new bass,
both the volume knob and tone knob have fallen off my Squire. I could put them back on, but i want it to look crappy and pathetic so I can have reason for a new one for ChristmasStill can't decide on one though
can anyone give me some suggestions for a bass in the $200-$400 price range

sorry for the hijack, just need some quick ones and then you can go on and talk about boys and stickers and whatever the devil you children talk about these days.

Hey MX, I spent the night cruising around "haunted houses"...I.E. abandoned. Rather boring, but entertaining enough I suppose.

Lol. Thats always fun Tryxx

Tryxx 11-11-2004 09:21 PM

Spaceman Spiff 11-11-2004 10:26 PM

the latest topic is people saying what they want for christmas.
that's sort of what it seems like.

MasterofBass 11-11-2004 10:30 PM

Yo Mx!!!

MasterofBass 11-11-2004 10:31 PM

what do i want for xmas????

Not sure yet...

:amaze: 11-11-2004 10:38 PM

I want an iPod (or other large-capacity mp3 player), a soundsystem for my computer, and money for a new car that I am getting very soon hopefully.

:amaze:

MasterofBass 11-11-2004 10:43 PM

hmm... actually I think I'm just gonna ask for money straight up from most people. I need some bad upgrades for my bass. I need a new amp, my 100W GK backline 112 doesn't cut it anywhere but practice, and I want to upgrade b/c of my band and all. I also want to get some pedals (chorus, distortion, compression, synth wah, octave, delay, and maybe some more, but the 1st three definitely), and a 4 string... man, that's alot, I'll be saving up alot for that, but I need the amp and the chorus, distortion, and compression first.

gaslight 11-11-2004 10:46 PM

For Christmas I want.

* Laptop.
* Seinfeld DVD's.

I'm buying myself an acoustic-electric guitar sometime this year, and further down the track I will buy a new electric guitar.

I'm getting more and more interested in guitar playing lately, I've spent the last week and a bit just messing around with writing songs on it.

iceman3019 11-11-2004 10:46 PM

i havn't been on in a while, but whatever . . . hello mx :wave: . . .
