You know, instead of trying to determine the "best" hardcore album of all time, why don't we just try to compile a list of the 30-50 essential hardcore releases of all time?

Why is it that bands always cover Nervous Breakdown when they want to cover Black Flag. My band will cover No Values. That's right.
