Thanks, Christian.

Enjoy, it's got some awesome songs on it.
|
Tom Waits - Bone Machine
I don't always pay attention to lyrics, but they really grab me on this album and most anything Waits does. |

Thought I'd lost this but turns out it was just misplaced in my room. :) |

Howlin Rain - Wild Life |
blonde redhead - in an expression of the inexpressible

from the last page: there's also new Bauhaus, American Music Club and Tindersticks but I guess no one cares about those bands anymore
|
everyone in A/I cares about every band no matter how unfashionable they are
|
how's the new Tindersticks? i've never listened to anything after Curtains for some reason even though i love their first three albums.

The Age Of Understatement
|
Destroyer's Rubies

Danger
People should listen to this since everyone went so gaga for Justice who proceeded Daft Punk. This proceeds Justice : http://www.myspace.com/2emedanger |
In Perth?
You can't not like him after listening to that album.
the in perth album is cool but i really like ben folds live...it has basically all my favourite songs of his at the moment one angry dwarf, zak and sara, silver street, best imitation of myself, brick, army, tiny dancer, the luckiest (and also my version cuts to a quieter solo version of emaline my favourite ben folds song ever) so it edges out perth, but if this tracklist was on the perth album then that one would win |
Sigur Ros - Hvarf-Heim
|
The Last Shadow Puppets.
It's really obviously derivative of Scott Walker, Burt Bacharach, and maybe Serge Gainsbourg, David Bowie, and Jacques Brel to a lesser extent, but those are good reference points so it's okay. |
the olivia tremor coil - Music From The Unrealized Film Script: Dusk At Cubist Castle
spacemen 3 - the perfect prescription |
The Afghan Whigs - Gentlemen
Butch Walker - Letters |
Listening to Pavement's singles on YouTube. It's frustrating how good some of these songs are, and how bad their albums were.
|
