their new stuff sounds much better already than their old stuff so you might wanna try and take a listen again.

lol yeah a lot of people dont like them too much
but they were one of the 2 first deathcore bands i heard before the genre got way too over saturated with bands that all sound the same

If I found out a band were devout pedophiles, or suicide bombers, or ran the old website GodHatesSweden.com, that too would turn me off of them. I am kind of emotional and personal like that when it comes to music, which is totally weird, seeing as how music is totally objective. I just don't like stupid/evil people and their music. Unless it's black metal.

Doom was decent if you could get past the overuse of pig squeels and breakdowns, idk just my opinion.

it was an ok ep for them, i actually prefer their newer stuff as to thier older stuff

they were also a bunch of 15 year olds with a 16 year old singer, and andy rysam was 14 when they recorded that demo

it sounds like melodic dm with some simple "brutal" parts and tons of breakdowns

total lack of anything youd hear in a hardcore song though, not even the drumming is hardcore oriented like a lot of deathcore mistaken (TTEOTD and ABRB for example)

imo i think doom is deathcore but mappy does have a point

thats funny though cause even the band admits that the new album "doesnt have as much of a hardcore influence as their old work does" lol

which is funny cause they have like 3 songs altogether that have hardcore parts and they stopped playing those songs live after a year of being together

im really looking forward to the new whitechapel album for some reason. even though i have a feeling its not going to be anything that special

New Whitechapel, After the burial, and Acirema are going to slay even though i still can't really pinpoint the corrent genre for Acirema. It's either Deathcore or Death Metal but i'm safer posting about them here where the eliteist aren't posting

i wasnt even thoroughly impressed with the somatic defilement its grown on me a bit but its still not a great album, but im still looking forward to this is exile. that song is really effin good too
