the plane will take off so long as the treadmill doesn't exceed the speed of the plane's greatest possible propulsion.

basically as long as the plane isn't pulled backwards it doesn't matter that it's on a tread mill, the plane will still pull it's self forward, the wheels will just be moving at twice the speed.

the plane is driven by the propeller pulling it through the wind, not by the wheels.
